Coaching for the chapter that doesn’t have a name yet.

Something is opening or unravelling: a spiritual experience, a relationship shift, a career change, a move across the world.

Slow enough to feel, clear enough to act.

Where we can begin

  • An open arched doorway in a pale concrete wall, with a leafy tree standing in the courtyard beyond

    Integration

    Integration and spirituality

Grounding what has opened — a spiritual experience, a loss, a profound shift — in everyday life.

  • Two wooden chairs facing each other across a bright concrete room, with a large green plant by the window

    Relationships

    Relationships

Partnership, family, friendship, community: the roots we grow through.

  • A city skyline in soft evening haze, seen through a concrete frame with green leaves in the foreground

    Transitions

    Transitions and work

Career changes, leadership and identity shifts, moves between countries and chapters.

Who this is for

  • Something has opened — a spiritual experience, a loss, a profound shift — and you want to ground it in everyday life.
  • You’re in the middle of a change — a role, a country, a belief, or a sense of who you are — and what you’ve built no longer feels like the whole story.
  • Your closest relationships are asking something new of you, and you want to meet it openly.
  • You like to see the whole picture before you take a step, and you want a space where that is welcome.
  • You value depth over hype, and honesty offered with care.
  • You’re not in crisis — you’re at a threshold, and you’d like support crossing it at your own pace.

My approach

Coaching here is structured, not soft-focus. Each engagement starts with a chemistry call, not a sales pitch — a short conversation to check whether this is a good fit, for both of us. From there, we work inside a defined container: we clarify what actually matters to you right now, define a real goal, name the obstacles and the openings, and commit to concrete action between sessions. We come back, reflect on what changed, and integrate it. The structure holds the space; the work itself stays yours.

About

I’ve spent much of my career in international development and climate policy — leading teams and advising institutions on nature-based solutions and climate adaptation across Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America, mostly through European Union and German government funding. That work taught me to hold complexity: competing interests, long timelines, systems that don’t change just because you want them to. It also taught me what it looks like when capable people quietly lose the thread between what they’re doing and why it matters to them.

I’m building this coaching practice for people in that kind of moment, and for anyone at another threshold: after a spiritual opening, a loss, a change in a relationship, a move across the world. It is not a step away from my work in development but the other half of it: the same attention to living systems, applied to a life — helping people find what is already growing and give it ground.

Ethical foundation

This is coaching, not therapy. I don’t treat trauma, diagnose, or provide clinical or medical care — if what you’re facing calls for that, I’ll say so directly and help you find the right person.

What I do commit to: your agency stays yours — I won’t tell you what to do. Sessions are confidential, within the limits set out in the Terms & Conditions. Pace and consent are yours to set, always. And I won’t manufacture urgency or oversell a transformation I can’t promise. If coaching isn’t the right fit, I’ll tell you that too.

How it works

  1. Chemistry call — a free, 30-minute conversation to see if this is a fit.

  2. Clarify what matters — we name what’s actually at stake for you right now.

  3. Define a goal — something real and specific enough to work toward.

  4. Identify obstacles and openings — what’s in the way, and what’s already working in your favor.

  5. Commit to action — concrete steps between sessions.

  6. Reflect and integrate — we return, adjust, and build on what changed.
